Exclusive Villa Collection is not a marketplace. We are a small advisory practice that arranges private villas, island houses and landmark resorts for travelers who would rather be understood than processed. Every stay begins with a conversation, and every detail after it is arranged by hand.
Who we are
Exclusive Villa Collection is owned by Jason GaNung. The practice was built around a simple conviction: the best journeys are made by someone who knows the house, knows the season, and takes the time to learn how you like to live when you are away. We keep our list of places deliberately short, because we would rather know a handful of houses well than many of them slightly. Exclusive Villa Collection is an Oasis Travel Network member and IATA accredited.

How we work
We work directly with each property. When you write to us, we begin with questions rather than a catalogue: who is traveling, what the days should feel like, which season you have in mind, and what you would like to remember afterward. From there your advisor proposes a considered path, often one house, sometimes two or three in sequence, and explains why each one suits you.
Once the shape is agreed, we arrange it by hand: the villa, suite or pavilion matched to the party and the view, the transfers between airport, harbour and door, the tables that fill first, the guides and drivers worth knowing, and the quiet hours left open on purpose.

Who we travel with
Our guests are discerning travelers: families moving across generations, couples marking a year or a beginning, and small groups gathering to celebrate. What they share is a preference for privacy over spectacle, and for places with a real sense of themselves: old towns and their history, gardens kept for centuries, wine country at harvest, and hospitality that feels personal rather than performed.
We are at our best when a journey asks for judgment. Which island suits a family with young children and which suits a honeymoon; when the light is kindest in Kyoto; whether a Tuscan estate should be taken whole or a single villa within it; how to place a rest day between two long flights. These are the questions we enjoy most.
What our memberships mean for you
Exclusive Villa Collection is a member of Signature Travel Network and Oasis Travel Network, with IATA/IATAN accreditation 10520860. These are established networks of independent travel advisors, and membership gives us recognized relationships with many of the hotels, resorts and villa houses we recommend.
For you, that can mean being recognized as our guest on arrival, and added amenities where the property offers them, confirmed for your dates before you travel. It also means that when something needs attention during a stay, there is an advisor with a direct line to the house. Membership supports the introductions we make; it does not mean we own or exclusively represent any hotel brand, and it never replaces our own judgment about where you should stay.
Where we travel
We begin with places we know well and return to often. In the Caribbean, that means Mustique, Canouan and the islands around them. In Italy, a palazzo in Venice, estates across Tuscany and a village house beneath the Dolomites. In Japan, three houses that read as one journey, from the capital to the forest to the onsen coast. And further afield, Indonesia, New Zealand, the safari camps of Africa and the ice of Antarctica.
If you prefer to begin with a way of traveling rather than a place, our collections gather the houses we would choose for island weeks, alpine winters, families traveling together and journeys at the far edges of the map. Our destinations hold the rest.
