Line & horizon

Sportfishing & Adventure

Blue water, clear rivers and the far edge of the map: marlin off Fiji, trout on the Ahuriri, bonefish on South Andros, salmon by helicopter in Alaska and roped days on the Antarctic ice.

The idea

Sportfishing & Adventure

Some weeks are measured by what happens before breakfast: a line in the water at first light, a dive along a wall few others have seen, a helicopter lifting off for a river with no road to it.

This collection gathers the stays we reach for when the sport is the reason for the journey, from marlin water off Fiji to guided ice in Antarctica, each held by a house that makes the evenings as considered as the days.

Our Journal follows the angler’s year, from bonefish flats to salmon rivers, and our Alaska guide covers the rivers and mountains around Tordrillo.

For the water at its calmest, continue to Overwater & Lagoon; for the remote places these weeks so often reach, see Wild Frontiers.
