How Exclusive Villa Collection works as a travel advisory practice: preferred access, compensation, and what the destinations and stays on this site do and do not represent.
Who we are
Exclusive Villa Collection (“EVC,” “we,” “us”) is a boutique travel advisory practice. We operate through Oasis Travel Network, are affiliated with Signature Travel Network, and hold IATA/IATAN accreditation 10520860. We arrange villas, landmark resorts, and the logistics between them for private travelers. We are not a hotel brand, and we do not operate the properties we introduce.
Travel advisor relationship
When you write to us or begin Plan My Trip, you are engaging an advisor, not buying a packaged product from a catalogue. Itineraries, rates, and availability are confirmed with properties and partners for your dates and party. We will not ask for a payment card merely to begin a conversation.
Preferred access and preferred rates
Where this site mentions preferred access, preferred rates, or introductions we would make for our own families, we mean commercial terms and booking channels available to accredited travel advisors through hotel, villa, and consortia programs. That language does not mean:
- Exclusive inventory: we do not claim that any hotel or villa is available only through Exclusive Villa Collection.
- Brand ownership: names such as Aman, Mandarin Oriental, and other houses identify properties we may introduce; they do not imply that we own, manage, or exclusively represent those brands.
- Guaranteed upgrade or amenity: benefits vary by property, season, rate plan, and availability, and are confirmed in writing for your booking.
How we are compensated
Like most travel advisors, we may receive commissions, preferred-rate differentials, or related compensation from hotels, villa managers, and other suppliers when you book through us. That arrangement is how advisory practices are paid; it is disclosed here so the relationship is clear. Your proposal states the rates and terms for your journey. In some cases a planning or service fee may also apply; if so, it will be stated before you commit.
Photography and attributions
Property photography appears with permission from the relevant house or under a license noted on the asset. Destination stills may include Creative Commons or similarly licensed landscape photography with attribution. Images illustrate the destinations and stays we feature; they are not, by themselves, an offer of availability.
Independence
Recommendations reflect the judgment of your advisor and the inventory we are prepared to arrange. We are not obligated to favor any single brand. The destinations and stays on this site are a curated selection, not a complete map of global travel.
