Before you write

What happens when you write

Your note comes to a person, not a queue. We read it closely, and if something is unclear we will ask before we suggest anything. Within a short time you will hear from an advisor with a first idea: usually one house, sometimes two or three in sequence, and a few lines on why each suits the way you like to travel.

From there the plan takes shape in conversation. We refine the dates, the rooms and the order of the days together, and nothing is held or confirmed until you are happy with it.

Confirmed when you are ready

We never ask for a card simply to begin. When it is time to confirm, your advisor will walk you through each step for the house you have chosen, and nothing moves forward without your word.
