3. Availability

Submitting a Plan My Trip form, Check Availability request, email, telephone inquiry, or other request does not create a reservation.

Availability requests are reviewed personally and confirmed with the applicable property or travel supplier.

A reservation is not confirmed until the appropriate booking process has been completed and confirmation has been issued by Exclusive Villa Collection, an authorized booking provider, or the applicable supplier.

4. Prices and Rates

Prices, rates, taxes, fees, deposits, resort fees, service charges, currency conversions, and other travel costs may change before a reservation is confirmed.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices displayed or discussed before confirmation should be considered estimates or indications of available pricing rather than guaranteed rates.

The final price and applicable terms will be communicated during the booking process.

Errors in published or transmitted pricing may be corrected before a reservation is finalized.

5. Supplier Terms

Travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EVC does not own, operate, manage, or control those suppliers.

Each supplier is responsible for delivering its own services.

To the extent permitted by law, Exclusive Villa Collection is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, negligence, errors, schedule changes, service failures, bankruptcy, insolvency, or other conduct of third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Transportation and Schedule Changes

Airline schedules, flight times, aircraft, routing, transfer schedules, cruise itineraries, ferry schedules, rail services, and other transportation arrangements may be changed by the applicable operator.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing current departure information and allowing appropriate connection and transfer time.

EVC is not responsible for schedule changes made by an independent transportation provider but will provide reasonable assistance when requested and practicable.

13. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Travel may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Exclusive Villa Collection or the applicable supplier.
